2.1. Service Provision: We process data to provide our B2B services, manage the Dealer Area, and execute orders (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
2.2. Legal Obligations: We process data to comply with legal requirements, such as tax and accounting regulations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR).
2.3. Legitimate Interests: We process data for security, website optimization, and direct communication (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

3.1. B2B Account Data: Data is stored for the duration of your active Dealer account.
3.2. Financial Records: Invoices and accounting documents are stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment was due, as required by law.
3.3. Technical Logs: Server log files are stored for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes.

8.1. Automated Decisions: We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. Every business decision is made by a human team member.
