3.1. B2B Account Data: Data is stored for the duration of your active Dealer account.

3.2. Financial Records: Invoices and accounting documents are stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment was due, as required by law.

3.3. Technical Logs: Server log files are stored for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes.

7. Registration and Dealer Area B2B

7.1. Registration requires providing company details (Name, VAT ID, Address). All registrations undergo a manual verification process by our staff.

7.2. Data is used strictly for commercial relationship management and order fulfillment.

8. Information on profiling and data transfer

8.1. Automated Decisions: We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. Every business decision is made by a human team member.

8.2. Data Transfer: Your data is stored on secure servers within the **European Economic Area (EEA)**. We do not transfer your personal data to third countries outside the EEA.
